We’re currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to provide non-medical in-home care for elders in our community. This is an independent contractor position (1099) with a starting pay of $18.10/hour.

Availability:

Shifts vary based on client needs. Most openings are currently part-time or on-call, with the possibility for more consistent hours over time. You’ll have the ability to set your availability and accept shifts that work for your schedule.

Duties May Include:

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Meal prep and assistance with feeding

• Bathing, dressing, and hygiene support

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and supervision

• Mobility support and safety monitoring

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ with legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must have reliable transportation

• Prior elder care experience preferred

• PCA, HHA, or CNA certification is strongly preferred

• CPR/First Aid is a plus
