In-Person Workshop Policy

Our in-person Ayurvedic Doula Workshops are immersive, hands-on learning weekends designed to complement your online certification and deepen your understanding of traditional birth and postpartum practices.

👐 Workshop Format:

  • Workshop 1: Prenatal & Birth Practices
    Includes hands-on breathwork, rebozo techniques, labor support, birth rituals, grounding practices, and energetic protection.

  • Workshop 2: Postpartum & Energetic Healing
    Covers Abhyanga, belly binding, herbal bodywork, closing the bones, sacred postpartum meal prep, and womb-space energy work.

  • Each workshop runs for 2 full days, typically Saturday & Sunday, from 10 AM–5 PM, though this may vary and is subject to change with notice.

📍 Location & Travel:

  • Workshop locations are announced seasonally and may vary.

  • Students are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and meals.

  • A welcome email with location-specific details, accommodation suggestions, and preparation guidance will be sent upon registration.

💰 Workshop Fees:

  • Single Workshop: $397

  • Both Workshops Bundle: $697

  • Early Bird Rate: $347 (if booked 60+ days in advance)

✅ Workshop Includes:

  • All materials and supplies for hands-on practices

  • Printed workbook for the weekend

  • Herbal tea, light snacks, and grounding rituals

  • Certificate of completion (counts toward CE hours)

❗Workshop Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future workshop.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event for a $50 rescheduling fee.

  • No-shows forfeit their spot and fee unless due to emergency circumstances (please communicate directly).
